EMMET COUNTY DELINQUENT TAXES FOR 2006-2007

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, June 18, 2007, at 10:00 AM  in the office of the Emmet County Treasurer in Estherville, Emmet County, Iowa, there will be offered for sale, all taxes on real estate property and mobile homes hereinafter listed which are delinquent and remain unpaid up to the time of said sale, all which is provided by Chapter 446 of the Code of Iowa.  The sale will be adjourned from time to time not to exceed sixty days from the date of sale at the same hour on the day mentioned until all taxes on land and mobile homes have been sold.  After the sale, if the real estate or mobile home is not redeemed within the period provided in Chapter 447, the right to redeem expires and a deed may be issued.  The list may contain properties that are in bankruptcy proceedings.  These properties are not offered for sale.  All properties bearing the symbol (**) will be offered on the Public Bidders Sale.  The following is, to the best of my knowledge, a true and correct list.
